The property features three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a comfortable queen bed, while Bedroom 3 includes two bunk beds, making it a great space for kids. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, and vanity, and there’s an additional separate WC for added convenience.
The open-plan layout combines a modern kitchen, dining, and living area, creating a warm and inviting space to relax or entertain. The living room is fitted with a reverse cycle split-system air conditioner for year-round comfort, while ceiling fans in the living room and Bedrooms 1 and 2 provide extra cooling during warmer months.
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard, perfect for gatherings with friends and family. Enjoy alfresco dining with the BBQ and outdoor setting, or unwind with your morning coffee while soaking up the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes a DeLonghi coffee machine, though guests will need to bring their own beans.
