This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 queen size beds, 1 tri-bunk, and 1 trundle bed. All bedrooms have ocean views! Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining again offering magnificent ocean and rural views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher. Kitchen bar area to seat 4 along with the dining area to seat 6-8 people. Living area with comfy lounges, tv, dvd, wood fire for those chilly days, and a large r/c air conditioner for those balmy summer nights. Great outdoor entertainment area with again stunning views for miles around, large table to seat 8-10 guests with bbq facilities.

Please note: Outdoor security cameras are in place at this property.

Safety Issue: Please note that there is a small, unfenced dam located on the property. Water is present for much of the year, with the exception of some summer months when it may dry up. Any water can present the risk of drowning and children must be supervised at all times. Swimming is not permitted in the dam at any time.
