Welcome to 20 Lady Bay, Normanville. This sensational holiday home is set right on the water's edge at beautiful Lady Bay and is a perfect spot to enjoy a break!
Featuring an open-plan living area with awesome views of Lady Bay beach and the coastline from Carrickalinga right through to Rapid Head. Large deck to the font of the home, where you simply step off and are at the beach.

Loved the fireplace, coffee machine, music and games. Highly recommend. Unfortunately seaweed on the beach, but didn’t affect our stay.

What a great place to have some downtime by the sea. Peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of couch space for sitting, great to have a dining table inside and out! Bedrooms were nicely decorated and good to have 2 bathrooms.

We're a family of five, had a great weekend getaway. Fantastic that the place is right on the beach and the layout is perfect for a family of five - all of the kids get their own room. Nice to have a CD player and collection. Kids loved the novelty of playing DVDs!

Excellent weekend for the adults and children! Close to Adelaide for the interstate visitors. Presentation and cleanliness excellent, although the BBQ was not clean,( but easy fixed ). Second time hiring the house, and I am sure we will be back!

This home is just so well thought out. It comfortably sleeps two families with three single beds and two queens with two bathrooms servicing two sides of the home. Right on the sand, you can't get a better position. Loved our stay. Dreamy. The wood fire heater lends itself to the mood. Only suggestion is to provide a steel bucket for removing the ash. Otherwise, just about everything is thought of with one of the best stocked kitchen I have used. AND dog friendly. Can't ask for more.

What a delightful place to stay! Nothing between us and the beach! For a dog-friendly place I was impressed by the quality of everything and how clean it all was. Our dog had a blast on the beach, even though it was covered in mountains of seaweed…that made it more fun! It was relaxing to have the fire and the kitchen was fully equipped for the meals we made (although we did have to byo our coffee pod machine). We loved our weekend at 20 Lady Bay Rd and hope we can book again.

We enjoyed two relaxing nights at this lovely beach house. We enjoyed beach walks and breakfasts on the deck. We made use if the telescope and watched the ships in the distance and the dolphins close up. The kitchen is well stocked, although a coffee machine would be a nice addition. The house layout is perfect for 4 adults or two small families.

My partner and I had the absolute best time in Normanville in this stunning holiday home. The photos simply do not do the place justice as it was everything that we wanted and more! The open living and great natural lighting made it so beautiful and inviting to stay indoors. The fireplace was the star of the home as it made an incredible vibe and made our stay that more special. We will definitely be returning in the future!!

This place is amazing, 5 stars all the way. It is so close to the beach and Normanville. The deck is great and the combustion heater perfect for a cold night. Check in was really easy and the place spotless. Great stay!

Relaxing time

We stayed three nights with another family and had a really relaxing time. The house was great and looking out at uninterrupted ocean views - sublime. Normanville has everything you need and can easily visit nearby towns and beaches. I will definitely be coming back.

Girls weekends don't get much better than this. We jagged perfect June sunshine all weekend! Everything we needed was here! The well equipped kitchen saved me from disaster for a special dessert! Such a gorgeous location.

We had everything we needed in the house and the beds and couches were very comfy. The beach is literally at your doorstep with a deck to enjoy the views and soak up the sunsets.

At last! We have found the perfect place to stay on our annual girls weekends!4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms space space space, I loved the well equipped kitchen and table area so we could chat whilst I was preparing meals etc...for some reason we could not get the air con working so had to resort to timber fire which added ambience on the cold blustery days we were there!!Yes shower heads could be looked at please!? An absolute joy to spend time here, eclectic reading and music available, someone has very good taste lol..See you next year Lady Bay!!!

Our second stay at this fabulous place! Wonderful views, really well set up,clean & comfortable home for a relaxing girls weekend! Only very minor issues were : the single beds are pretty hard (not ideal for our middle aged bodies) & suggest water saving shower roses could give much better pressure without increasing the usage. Will be back for sure, thanks!

This was our second stay. The views are stunning and the location excellent (private and secluded but only 5 min drive to Normanville).We were only two people but the property is perfectly set up for 2 families. Walking on the beach is soooo relaxing. We will return.

This is a secluded house right on the beach front with the most amazing views of the Ocean. We took our dog who had the freedom to roam around and enjoy lots of beach walks.
