The open plan living, kitchen, and dining are light and airy, with sliding doors opening onto the large decking which runs the full length of the house. Facilities: Large open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a fridge freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Webber Q is on the deck.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning to the upstairs living area, ceiling fans to all bedrooms.
Pets: Pets are negotiable upon agent approval.

Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets & towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
