Fresh single storey family holiday home located on Dolphin Avenue Carrickalinga (just off Lewis Road) Only a short stroll down to the pet friendly Carrickalinga Beach.
3-bedroom home to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests, comprising of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Open plan kitchen, living and dining with nice views to the outside decked entertainment area. Kitchen fitted with all electric appliances to include fridge/freezer, microwave, stove.
The beautiful master is quite spacious and comes complete with a queen bed, TV and has direct access to the rear deck which overlooks the manicured lawn. The other two bedrooms are made up of a double, 2 singles and 1 trundle bed. For young infants there is a portable cot available.
Bathroom to include a shower, bath, vanity with a separate WC.
Reverse cycle AC to the living area.
All in all, a great little home for a family get away.

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.
Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area.

Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Nice property but not great. No wifi and the property is not fenced so not really suitable for dogs. Location is great.
