So much to do in the house alone and a daily view of the local roos... kids paradise Not sure who looks after the lawns but the backyard cricket games were epic! We had a fabulous time at this beautiful and spacious house! It was very clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room for our family. The backyard was lovely — nicely kept, with exceptional views, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed playing there. The location was also perfect, being very close to the shops. A big thank-you to the friendly Fleurieu Accommodation team for providing clear instructions and making everything so easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated your excellent service!

The accommodation is very clean, organised and well equipped. Very easy check in and out. Great back yard. Our Golden retriever loved it... Easy walk to centre of Normanville or great spot to tour down to Cape Jervois, Delamare, Second Valley or Rapid Bay. Great balcony to watch the locals (kangaroos). We counted 54 at one stage Highly recommend

The four of us loved our stay at House at Normanville last weekend. Superbly decorated new house, and spotlessly clean! Extremely comfortable, with 2 living areas, and an incredible living space upstairs, leading to a large deck with an amazingly serene view. The large mob of kangaroos in the land directly behind were so close, and fascinating to watch. Location was great, a short walk to the main street , and a short drive to the beach. Could use towel rails in master bath & dish soap.

Great family getaway The house is well laid out and uncluttered, with two spacious living areas, and comfy beds. It’s location just out of town made it quiet, and provided a good morning walk into Normanville. We enjoyed several kangaroos each evening in the adjoining paddocks, but the horse was missing.. Highly recommended

The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible, you can self cater with the lovely outdoor pizza oven or bbq available or just duck to the hotel as we did, due to the wet weather, and enjoy a night out.

This house was GORGEOUS! we were thrilled to see up to 15 kangaroos and their joeys chilling in our backyard every morning and evening! Our 3 night stay at this beautiful holiday house was perfect. Plenty of room for 2 families with 4 adult kids and our fur baby. There was nothing we would change about this house and we have stayed at quite a few holiday houses, this is definitely a favourite! A lovely light filled home with stunning views. Perfect for our two families with 4 toilets and 2 lounge rooms. The kids loved roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and the gas heater upstairs was lovely for our cold winter evenings. The stairs are a little steep and perhaps not a good choice for people with mobility issues but other than that we loved our stay. House spotlessly clean on arrival.

It is the most complete home I have ever rented with everything you will ever need for a great weekend included. It has a Pizza Oven, Fire Pit, 9 Hole Put Put on pristine lawns, Table Tennis, BBQ, WiFi, views of Lady Bay Golf Course and even sea views in the distance. It is nicely styled with all modern appliances & large TV's in both living areas. It was very comfortable for our group of 10 with plenty of space for everyone whether it be inside or outside. Thoroughly recommend.

Location provided great serenity and overlooking Lady Bay golf course - with plenty of Kangaroos to keep the children excited watching the wildlife. An easy walk into town for the cafe's, and shopping. Loved the layout to provide the upstairs master and kitchen while allowing the kids to chill out in their own space downstairs. Had a great experience and fantastic facilities within the premises.

We had a fantastic 4 days celebrating a birthday with family and friends in a pet friendly secure venue. Plenty of room for all. Secure, roomy backyard for the dogs. Quiet beach nearby for dogs to run and play. Golf course a few hundred metres away. Just perfect.

The backyard was perfect for our kids to play in, fully secure and safe. The house itself was near brand new and with all the creature comforts. No faults and was really happy with our time there.

This place is well designed for extended families like ours. The beds are comfy, the furnishings are well laid out, with two living areas, and the location is within walking distance of town. A bonus was the mob of kangaroos that assembled each evening in the adjoining paddock. No horse though…

We’ve just had the most beautiful weekend at House at Normanville. The backyard is perfect to unwind in, and our daughter especially loved the view of the local wildlife! The best! Everything has been thought of in this holiday rental, there is plenty of space and it’s a stone’s throw from some of the best beaches SA has to offer including Rapid Bay, Second Valley and Carrickalinga. We highly recommend a stay here!

We are a group of 7 women in our 40's who go away for one weekend a year together and this house was great for us. Lots of care and thought has gone into the details and it was 'walk in ready to go'. Very clean, secure and well appointed with lots of room to spread out, we really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and Netflix. Beautiful rural views from both levels, a great size back yard with lots of kangaroos in the distance. A short easy walk to the main street of Normanville with plenty of lovely shops and cafes to explore. The courtesy bus took us all to the Yankallila hotel and home again so we could all enjoy a lovely night out with dinner and cocktails (with special thanks to our driver Leon!). Very happy to recommend this property and thank you to Ray White Normanville for making the whole experience so easy and great value for money.

Just spent the past 5 days at this beautiful home with my family in celebration of a belated special birthday. Absolutely beautiful property with ample space for 9 of us (including 1 year old baby). Situated in a new residential area but with a feel of country as the backdrop is a beautiful farm, often visited by cows & kangaroos. Our grandchildren were so excited to say the least! All essentials and more were supplied. We were greeted with a huge Happy Birthday banner which was so thoughtful of the owners. We’ll definitely be recommending this property to our big Italian family & friends!

We stayed at House at Normanville for 2 nights as a quick getaway for both of us. What can I say the house brand new beautifully presented with all facilities required. The house sleeps 10 comfortably with 4 bedrooms one ensuite one full and 4 toilets in total. Back yard beautiful with fire pit and pizza oven. Perfect location to beach, town or golf great Cafe, pizza bar and pubs. Could not ask for better...the owners certainly take pride in this Perfect holiday home.

"House at Normanville" is a home away from home - in the best possible way! From the moment you walk in and see the thought and effort has been applied to cover every holiday experience a couple, family or group of friends could need. As you flow through to the back of the house, you will forget the hustle and bustle of work life, as you take in picturesque views of the Fleurieu foot hills, with Horses and Kangaroos lazily grazing - a hit with the kids of all ages! The family is certainly looking forward to our next visit and firing up the generously sized pizza oven!
