Fancy a champagne and relaxing on any of the entertaining areas in this brand-new home completed in November 2022.
This house will have you relaxing into complete holiday mode from the moment you walk through the doors.
The home is centrally located in a prestige neighbourhood just moments from the township of Normanville with only a short walk from the beach, some trendy cafes, and a premier golf course.

A contemporary double storey holiday home with relaxing and inviting décor will allow you to unwind with all the creature comforts you could need.
This residence will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining, separate children’s entertainment area and numerous alfresco dining options. It also has a large fully enclosed rear year and is pet friendly. Its design allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space.
Upstairs in the heart of the home, you will find the open plan living and entertaining area with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to the balcony making a seamless transition to alfresco living.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, walk-in pantry and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A comfortable lounge area is adjacent to the kitchen complete with a flat screen smart TV, a gas-fired combustion heater making for cosy evenings in. The master bedroom complete with a large ensuite, walk in robe and its own private balcony is also located on this level.
Downstairs comprises of 3 more bedrooms, bathroom, and a children’s lounge area which opens out to the large back yard.

In the surroundings enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles.
Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand and is a very popular beach for families because of this.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms located on each level and a 3rd wc.

Great location, fabulous home!

Can’t beat the location of this property in Normanville. Easy walk to the beach and the Main Street. Great coffee at 31 Jetty only 3mins walk away. The home itself offered great space with its multiple decks and outdoor areas, including space off the road for our boat. We look forward to staying again.

At Fleurieu Accommodation we have booked for 4 nights stay - for the family of 7 adults and 3 childrens. Brand new House - neatly maintained and well spacious, all our family members had a pleasent stay and mainly its a great value for money, very close to beach and shopping, quiet area. "Fantastic new accommodation. A great layout with plenty of space. Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable, with even a large crate and dog beds for when you duck out for a coffee. Having side entrance to the rear balcony and bedroom proved a bonus too. Highly recommended."
