Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with gas cooking, coffee machine, blender and a full stocked kitchen, large dining table to fit 8, large flat screen TV, DVD player and lounge suite.
Beautiful outdoor undercover entertainment deck with BBQ facilities, large outdoor seating, bar fridge and flat screen TV. You'll also find a unique Claw foot bathtub, set in a private outdoor area, with rural views across Bungala River. During the summer months it is a great way to rinse off after a day on the beach, fill it in the morning and it is warm by days end.
Reverse cycle A/C to the main living along with a combustion heater for those colder winter months.
This property also provides a porta cot, change table, baby bath and high chair..
